Seaview Trail was the first property that we acquired and was effectively the start of what is now one of Snowdonia's largest, privately owned, independent holiday cottage companies. No expense has been spared in the renovation of Seaview Trail, which true to its history it is essentially a Victorian property that later gained some influential touches from the Art Deco era of the 1920's. That said you will find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable leather settee and 2000 pocket sprung mattresses on a king-sized double bed.

However, I am sure that you will agree that the most notable aspect of the property is most definitely the breath-taking views. Set in the old part of Barmouth Seaview Trail sits above the small streets of the town and looks over the blue flag beach and out into the open sea of Cardigan Bay. No two days are ever the same, as the sky and sea are constantly bringing change to the view, fishing boats pass by, whilst the town moves at a slow pace below and the bay's population of dolphins are often spotted from the windows. The location in itself adds an extra dynamic to any holiday and brings with it inspiration and a feeling of peace. Seaview Trial is for those that want to feel totally rested, whilst having the convenience of all that the Barmouth has to offer.

Seaview Trail is an apartment over two floors. First floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Bathroom with roll top bath and toilet. Second floor: 1 double (5ft) bedroom with en-suite shower room. Separate toilet. On road parking. No smoking. No pets and no children. All gas and electricity included.
